One) The General Assembly is the supreme body of the association, being made up of all members in full enjoyment of their statutory rights and directed by a board composed of a president, a vice-president and a secretary.
Two) The resolutions of the General Assembly are taken in accordance with the law and the statutes, and are binding on all members.
Three) The participation of members may be made by means of a power of attorney and conditions to be regulated.
The Board of Directors is the collegiate body responsible for the execution, management, and day-to-day administration of the Association. It consists of an odd number of members, up to a maximum of five, including a president, a treasurer, and the remaining members serving as board members.
The Supervisory Board consists of three members, one of whom serves as president and the other two as board members.
